Wohlfahrt, Franz - 50 Easy Melodious Studies, Op 74, Book 1 - Violin solo - Carl Fischer Edition

Like most of Wohlfahrt's etudes, the 50 Easy Melodic Studies, Op. 74, are intended to teach and reinforce basic concepts of violin-playing. Exercises deal with string crossing, bow-strokes and bow distribution, tone, intonation, and general dexterity of the left hand, among other things. Book 1 contains studies 1 – 25, focusing primarily on first position playing.
