We Thank You, God Judith Clurman – Rejoice: Honoring the Jewish Spirit Series SATB

Writing a new melody to the Jewish prayer “Modium Anachnu Lach” and combining it with the 19th century hymn “Now Thank We All Our God,” here we have a new song of thanksgiving and gratitude. Repeated rhythmic patterns and melodic shape create a meditative and reflective aesthetic, allowing both performer and listener to calmly, collectively, and sincerely offer thanks.
