Product Description
After The Four Seasons, the next most popular collection of violin concertos Vivaldi wrote is probably L'estro Armonico (roughly translated as "Harmonic Inspiration"), Op. 3. This set of twelve concerti includes not just works for solo violin and orchestra, but also works for two, three, and four violins as well. Partially because of this varied instrumentation, they are generally classified as concerti grossi. The Concerto in G Major, RV 310 is the third in the set, and is cheerful and bubbly in character. This edition for solo violin with piano reduction is edited by Ferdinand Kuchler and Kurt Herrmann. Published by Edition Hug, distributed by Edition Peters. Difficulty: A3/A4
