Erich and Elma Doflein's repertoire series, Music for Violin and Piano, is made up of four volumes of pieces arranged in progressive order. Book 2 contains easy pieces selected from works of the Renaissance, Baroque, Classical, and Romantic periods. Minor keys are introduced in some of the pieces, along with others that require greater dexterity of finger and bow.
