Silent Prayer was written on the occasion of Gidon Kremers 60th birthday and Mstislav Rostropovichs 80th birthday in 2007. The performance CD, which is part of the hire material, contains, apart from tampura sounds (synthesizer), short singing sections in Russian recorded by a seven year old girl from Georgia.
